Awards

An award does not signify that we have "arrived". It merely represents that we have attained to some level of expertise that has been recognized by others.

Receiving an award requires us to work harder to prove that we are worthy of that recognition.

Our music is intended to build others up, whether that person is another artist, a concert attendee, or someone listening to our CD. We want to be effective in doing that, and any award we receive only serves to show that we have progressed in our career enough to do that.

"Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints." (Psalm 149: 1)
