Awards

An award does not signify that we have "arrived". It merely represents that we have attained to some level of expertise that has been recognized by others.

Receiving an award requires us to work harder to prove that we are worthy of that recognition.

Our music is intended to build others up, whether that person is another artist, a concert attendee, or someone listening to our CD. We want to be effective in doing that, and any award we receive only serves to show that we have progressed in our career enough to do that.

"Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing." (Psalm 100: 2)

Comments we've received from others:

  • "They'll make you holler 'Wow'!" - L.S., Minnesota
  • “What people remembered was more than having gone to a music concert: they had their faith encouraged. Too often, our society rushes ahead and glamorizes the latest and newest-styled praise music out there. Our evening with the Haining Family reminded us of the treasure to be found in the words of some of the traditional hymns, as well. It was a breath of fresh air and down-home faith that encouraged us to love Jesus, and renewed everyone's enthusiasm for the depth and rootedness found in the hymnal. Our evening was inspirational, and reminded us that traditional church music can be very spiritual, and very fun at the same time. Everyone, from the youngest attender to the eldest had a great time, and was blessed.” P.H., Pastor, Minnesota
  • "A big Thank You to the Haining family for stirring hearts and providing great encouragement to our church family with your Christ-centered music. Your ministry in song not only created an environment of sweet fellowship but it also prepared our hearts to hear God’s Word.
